According to the notification, 46 legislators sent a letter to U.S. President Joe Biden, in which they assured that it is unfair to place Cuba in that classification, for the simple fact of fulfilling its commitments as a guarantor of the peace process in Colombia.

The Foreign Ministry attaches to the post, the congressman letter, also addressed to the U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.
