In a statement, the Lebanese political and military movement reported that the air defense intercepted hostile Israeli fighter jets that broke the sound barrier in Lebanese air space, forcing them to turn back and withdraw beyond the border.

Separately, it confirmed the firing of Katyusha rocket salvoes at two points and a drone strike on the headquarters of the Al-Sahl battalion at the Beit Hillel base, in response to Israel’s aggression on the town of Jibchit, causing civilian casualties.

They reportedly caused casualties in the ranks of the Tel Aviv army by accurately targeting the positions of officers and soldiers at the aforementioned site.

The Resistance informed about the attack on the Jal Al-Alam site with artillery shells, in retaliation for the enemy’s assassination in the southern town of Beit Lif.

In a fifth operation on Tuesday, Hezbollah reported another direct hit with a drone squad against a newly established position of enemy soldiers protecting the Kfar Yoval settlement.

According to the Resistance, the strike caused deaths and injuries on the Israeli side and was in rejection for the aggression in the southern village of Kfar Roummane.

Hezbollah lamented the death of Hassan Hussein, from the village of Beit Leif, whom it declared a martyr on the road to the liberation of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
