We condemn the visit of this war criminal to the scene of the atrocious act committed last Saturday by his troops on a soccer field, where 12 minors were killed, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

It praised the dignified position of the people from Golan and their continuous confrontation with Israel’s war machine for more than half a century of occupation, and their rejection of all attempts to suppress Syrian identity.

This attitude proves that the Golan is an occupied Syrian land and will remain a beloved part for the Syrians,” the press release pointed out.

Villagers of the Syrian Golan occupied by Israel since 1967 showed their anger and indignation to the Israeli head of government last Sunday and called him a fascist and a criminal.
