Caracas, Jul 29 (Prensa Latina) Venezuela's National Electoral Council (CNE) President Elvis Amoroso announced on Monday that the Great Patriotic Party's candidate Nicolas Maduro is the winner of the presidential elections with 51.20 percent of the votes.
