The Cuban delegation will be one of the foreign guests present at the traditional naval parade in Saint Petersburg to commemorate the important date on July 28.

The vice president of the Foreign Relations Committee of Saint Petersburg, Sergei Markov, received the Cuban Navy commander at the headquarters of the Russian Navy.

The Cuban high-ranking officer said that his delegation considers the event a good opportunity to strengthen relations between Havana and Moscow.
