During the inauguration of the National Week of Humanization in Health, the head of the Ministry emphasized that in addition to the efforts to improve the material conditions of the facilities, the Ministry is developing actions to train professionals and address the concerns of patients and their families.
In this regard, she mentioned the creation of 240 care offices in health centers throughout the country and the training of more than 2,000 professionals to work in these spaces, which have contributed to the orientation of people and the follow-up and search for solutions to complaints.
In the presence of the Minister of Education, Luísa Grillo, and representatives of the United Nations system in Angola and the Government of Luanda, Lutucuta said that the Week is an opportunity to reinforce values, share experiences and work together to improve patient care.
She added that the activities of these days are targeted to encourage the necessary collective action and promote relationships between health professionals and the people they serve and among the professionals themselves.
