The announcement came on Sunday, after members of the group organized a caravan on the occasion of the upcoming commemoration of this anniversary for Cuba.
During the march, participant chanted slogans like “Break the blockade” and “Get Cuba off the list of state sponsors of terrorism,” which has become the essence of US policy for several decades to subdue the Cubans.
Next July 26, in the afternoon, friends of Cuba will occupy the Jose Marti Square in Redondel Don Rúa, in San Salvador, where solidarity movements will express their support for the Cuban cause at a political and cultural rally.
