Rios told Prensa Latina that this living process currently assumes “the challenges of guaranteeing peace, security, and sovereignty, which is fundamental to continue building human rights and national dignity.”
The diplomat added that the Government of Commander Daniel Ortega continues working to ensure a life of dignity for all Nicaraguans, and immersed in fighting poverty.
He also highlighted the work to guarantee fundamental rights, including access to free and quality education and health, drinking water, electricity, decent housing, and essential infrastructure for development, such as roads.
Rios also mentioned investments in food sovereignty projects, programs, and actions to empower women, girls, and boys.
