Conille informed that the decision was made in conjunction with the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) and his government for the West and Artibonite departments.
On Wednesday night, the interim prime minister noted that security is one of the priorities of the CPT and of his ministerial team, since solving this problem would reduce the effects on the economy and on Haitian families.
Conille asked reporters to avoid reports revealing information on the modus operandi of the security forces.
Without speaking of a possible negotiation, Conille called on the gangs that sow terror to lay down their arms and recognize the authority of the State.
