During a raid in the Trianon locality, in the commune of Mirebalais, at the beginning of the week, a bandit was mortally wounded by the police officers, who seized -without specifying the caliber- five thousand cartridges.
Specialized units successfully confronted a group of criminals terrorizing the Cazeau area in Port-au-Prince.
In the police operation -according to the newspaper Haiti Libre- three firearms were seized, including two 12-caliber rifles and an Uzi, 7.62 caliber cartridges, two cell phones and a bag containing a substance similar to marijuana.
