Havana Jul 17 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez today congratulated the students of the Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) for obtaining the ISSN registration of the Ad Hoc University Scientific Journal, specialized in this field. In his profile in X, the head of the island's foreign portfolio wrote: I congratulate the students of @ISRICUba, who with knowledge and dedication, have achieved that their Ad Hoc Journal, specialized in International Relations, reaches its 12th issue and has obtained its ISSN registration.
