Russia does not know the concrete content of Orban’s peace plan

Moscow, Jul 15 (Prensa Latina) Russia is aware of Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban's approaches to the settlement of the conflict with Ukrainian, but does not know the content of his letter to European leaders, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.

It was reported earlier that Orban had sent the proposals for settling the Ukrainian conflict to the EU leaders.

On July 1, Hungary took over the presidency of the EU Council for six months.

The proposals on the settlement of Ukraine’s conflict were drawn up following trips by the Hungarian prime minister, who visited Ukraine, Russia, China and the United States between July 2 and 11.

Budapest stated that Orban’s plan “is now on the table of all EU prime ministers.”
