Earlier on Thursday, the entity itself reported on its Telegram channel that the aircraft fell in a forest area near Kolomna and exploded on impact with the ground.
There were three crew members on board the aircraft and all of them were killed, according to preliminary information, the statement said.
The Emergencies Ministry added that the accident left no civilian casualties.
In his turn, the head of the Kolomna urban district, Alexander Grechischchev, said that, according to the information obtained so far, the crew consisted of two pilots and a navigator.
Now the crash site is cordoned off, emergency services are working and investigating the causes of the accident, Grechischchev added.
