According to the newspaper, the decision was made after Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban visited Moscow. The prime ministers of Finland, Petteri Orpo, and Sweden’s Ulf Kristersson, reached an agreement on this issue on July 10.
The boycott means that the countries will not send ministers or state secretaries to EU ministerial meetings held in Hungary as part of the presidency of the European Council.
