The head of the Russian delegation at the talks in the city of Vienna, Austria, highlighted in an interview with the Sputnik news agency that the weapons are provided without taking into account that they are used against civilians, including women and children on Russian territory.

Gavrilov added that the actions by the western States that are members of the OSCE contradict their own principles “of scrupulous export control in the supply of weapons and responsible behavior when considering the possibility of transferring them to conflict zones.”
