The foreign minister gave an interview to the Rossiya 1 television channel on Monday in which he noted that the missiles would not fly anywhere without the direct participation of the US military in aiming the weapons or providing satellite data.

Five ATACMS missiles loaded with cluster ammunition, supplied to Ukraine by the US, were launched that day, four of which were intercepted.

The fifth missile was damaged and detonated mid-air over a beach, killing four people, including a two-year-old baby and a nine-year-old girl, and injuring 153 bathers, 27 of them minors.
