The operations, carried out during the first semester of this year, covered the entire national territory, the statement published by the Algerian news agency APS underlines.

During this period, “10 bunkers and shelters used by terrorist groups were destroyed and 26 firearms, ammunition and various types of bombs were recovered,” the statement adds.

The report ends with a praise from the Ministry of Defense of Algeria for these results which, “reflect the high level of professionalism, vigilance and permanent availability of its armed forces.”
