“There can be no corruption in contracts signed between public entities, which are always opposed by those who do want private profits,” the ruler wrote on his social network X.
In his opinion, those who oppose the strategy of linking two state entities are, as he called them, widowers of the state’s milking, and they do so for obvious reasons: corruption.
“The contract between Immigration and the National Printing Office has already delivered three thousand immigration cards, and shows that this is the way,” said the president.
