According to him, instead of finding a solution based on the Minsk agreement, Europe often exaggerates its behavior as a supporter of the war.

According to Karamanlis, this is likely to lead to a steady and dangerous escalation of the conflict, or to the search for a way out at a later date, but under even more unfavorable conditions.
