The event, an initiative of the Center for Studies in Regulation and Telecommunications (CERTAL), will be held at the CAF Integration House in this capital.

Organizers stated that the event aims to bring together different actors, including leaders of the telecommunications industry, audiovisuals, policymakers, academicians, civil society organizations, and committed citizens, to analyze, assess, and shape the construction of a digital ecosystem responsibly and sustainably.

They will also analyze how implementing the best regulatory practices can attract crucial investments for developing the digital sector in Latin America.

Participants will share their vision and experience in creating a favorable regulatory environment that encourages investment and promotes the sustainable growth of the digital ecosystem.
