The chairman of the State Affairs Committee and general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea noted that the two countries have forged strong ties of friendship and revolutionary commitment to the cause of socialism over the past half century.
Kim extended the message to the general secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party to the government and all the Lao people, wished them success in national construction and hoped for the strengthening of bilateral friendship.
