In that institution, the Cuban diplomat received a comprehensive briefing on the work and research topics, by the director of the institute, Dr. Zoran Ognjanović; the dputy director, Dr. Đorđe Baralić; and the deputy director of Research, Dr. Miodrag Mihaljević.

Both parties agreed on the importance of working together to establish cooperation with the Cuban Institute of Cybernetics, Mathematics and Physics, among other institutions, faculties of mathematics in Cuban universities, as well as on the improvement of scientific and cultural relations between Cuba and Serbia, diplomatic sources reported here.
