During the meeting, Becquer explained the effects Cuba’s inclusion on the illegal State Sponsors of Terrorism (SSOT) list made by the Government of the United States.
Becquer also exchanged greetings with Branislav Ondruš, MEP from the social democratic Hlas-SD party; and Artur Bekmatov, president of the Socialist.sk party, with whom he plans to meet in August.
According to the source, the ‘Milk for Cuban children’ solidarity initiative was unanimously approved by the Association.
