DPRK youth reaffirm condemnation of the U.S.

Pyongyang, Jun 22 (Prensa Latina) The youth of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) reaffirmed the need to strengthen the country's defense system against U.S. threats on the occasion of the upcoming Anti-Yankee Struggle Day.

According to the state-run ACNC news agency, this was one of the issues made by the participants in a speech meeting between young people and students held at the Central Youth House in the capital.

On Friday, members of the Korean Agricultural Workers Union also took the traditional Oath of Vengeance against the United States at the Class Education Pavilion of the Susan Commune.

Every June 25, the social and mass organizations of the country celebrate the Anti-Yankee Struggle Day because it was on this date in 1950 that the struggle against the US attempts to destroy the DPRK began.

The “Oath of Vengeance” celebrations are also being held on the same day to revive the condemnation of atrocities by the U.S. troops.
