This was stated by Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez, on the social network X, a platform on which he highlighted the contributions of the regulatory provision to a migration that ‘contributes to the development of the nation, in accordance with our Constitution and the laws and international treaties in this area’.

The draft law seeks to regulate the Cuban migration process, under a systemic conception of development, aimed at achieving regular, orderly and safe migration. The Migration Law will be submitted for analysis and discussion by the deputies, with a view to its timely presentation in the Cuban Parliament.
