He reiterated that the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba granted this province the celebration of the 71st anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks for the stability achieved in the fulfillment of the main tasks in the economic, political and social spheres.
In Siguaney, he spoke with managers and workers of the factory, the only one in the country that produces white cement, one of its exportable items. Here he became interested in strategies to expand the economic and technological development of the entity.
He inquired about the salary of its workers and urged them to look for alternatives that would allow them to increase it from the results of their production.
In dialogue with Deyvy Pérez, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and first secretary of the province, Governor Alexis Lorente and other directors, he was interested in the production of hot and cold asphalt, first-class resources to improve roads and highways.
He also visited the installation of the factory occupied by the Rioca MSME, as part of the chains and produces blocks without the use of cement and adocrete slabs.
Divany Rodríguez, representative of Rioca, explained that with the existing equipment the production of 10 different types of adocretes for urbanization and decorative roads, is achieved.
When addressing the contribution to self-supplies, they visited the Company’s garden where food, vegetables, grains and fruit trees are harvested to supply the workers’ canteens and sell these to workers.

Here the Prime Minister exchanged with Juan Carlos García, Minister of Tourism and local authorities to proceed with the work with a view to finishing them by next July 26.
Regarding the strategy to follow, he said: try to recover the emblematic tourist facility in the shortest time possible, that is my proposal.
The Governmental visit will conclude this Thursday after a comprehensive evaluation in the eight municipalities, checking all the programs, work that will give a boost to the well-deserved development of the people of Sancti Spiritus, Marrero stressed.
And he reiterated: We are happy that Sancti Spiritus celebrates the 26th.
