According to a press release published by the legislative body, the sessions will start at 9:00 hours, local time, at Havana’s Convention Center.

The National People’s Power Assembly is the supreme body of State power, represents and expresses the people’s sovereign and is the only institution with constituent and legislative power in the Republic.
