The broad agenda of events related to this graphic subgenre has made Havana, since Saturday, June 15, and until June 28, a protagonist of the current reality that the world is living.
Although San Antonio de los Baños, southwest of this capital, has held the title of the Capital of Humor for hosting the Biennial since 1979, Havana has gathered, these days, several works by different artists in the city’s most prestigious institutions, which are exhibiting their work to the public with a critical approach.
The BNCJM is hosting a lecture on humor in politics and how this cultural institution archives this patrimony.
