One of the bills’ provisions aims to regulate the attention, protection, identification and legal documentation of foreigners visiting or residing in the country, as reported by the Parliament on its website.
The draft bill on Foreigners will also regulate the process of social insertion of residents, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, and international legal instruments on foreigners.
On the other hand, the Migration Bill seeks to regulate the process under a systemic conception of development to achieve a regular, orderly and safe flow.
