If they (Washington, Kiev and their allies) were really interested in solving the problem in Ukraine and working for world peace, it would be more profitable and correct for them to call the conflicting parties to a dialogue based on equality, sincerity and good faith, instead of using deception and hypocrisy, he concluded.
