At the Bolivar Theater in Caracas and attended by parties, organizations and social movements backing up President Nicolas Maduro, Cabello launched the official registration of the 1X10X7 electoral machinery, a digital platform.

Cabello praised the PSUV-instituted system which has already completed five weeks of implementation nationwide, and described it as extraordinary, “none before is like this, with its ethical burden,” he deemed.

He stressed the pressing need to order all forces that “allow us to have our feet steadily planted and the foundations solidly built” on the road to victory on July 28, without falling into improvisation and not leaving things to chance.

He advised that everything must be planned and built to “achieve a perfect, overwhelming, splendid and landslide victory,” in order to guarantee peace.

The National Assembly lawmaker for the Homeland Bloc assured that to the extent that the victory has these characteristics, “if it is by a very large majority,” the generators of hatred, violence and the known “guarimbas” that are riots will be dismantled or incapacitated from carrying out any kind of action.
