According to press reports, seven men fired more than 100 bullets in the early morning of May 30 and caused four deaths, including an 11 year old child.
Also killed were a 40-year-old man, an 18-year-old, and a teenager of 17 years.
A fifth 17-year-old victim is hospitalized with gunshot wounds to his chest, arms and legs.
Two subjects, accused of being the masterminds of the brutal attack, are also wanted by police officers.
The day before, the police carried out several raids in the Maracaná neighborhood with arrest warrants but did not find the suspects.
