The deal was certified at a meeting between ANPP and Council of State Secretary Homero Acosta and Swiss Ambassador to Cuba Stefano Vescovi.
During the meeting, Acosta expressed Cuba’s interest in promoting relations in health care, education and agriculture, among other sectors, according to the ANPP (Parliament).
He also reviewed the actions to reorganize Cuba’s legal system, which, he assured, occur “amid a cruel policy of economic, commercial and financial blockade by the United States.”
Vescovi, in turn, noted that Switzerland is always “present in Cuba’s development, in programs and sectors of great impact for society.”
