As part of the official agenda, the Bolivian leader will meet with Putin, in addition to participating in the Spief plenary debate.

In that sense, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov previously assured that Arce’s stay in the cultural capital of the Eurasian giant “will be a good opportunity to communicate.”

Other activities that the head of state will carry out will be a meeting with students of various nationalities who are studying at the Saint Petersburg State University, where he will also be worthy of recognition.

It is expected that in the exchange, Arce will talk about the economic, social, community and productive model that Bolivia applies, taking into account the results despite the global panorama.

The Bolivian ambassador to Russia, María Luisa Ramos, explained that on Thursday the president will place a wreath to the Motherland and will later be received by Putin at the Presidential Palace in Saint Petersburg.
