On his X account, Hajj Hassan condemned the killing of the Mohammed and Ali Qassem brothers, “who refused to leave their land” and were attacked by fighter jets from Israeli forces as they were returning home.
The minister also denounced Israel’s aggression early on Sunday against the southern village of Bint Jbeil, where the commercial market was damaged.
Hajj Hassan considered Israel’s attack on civilian facilities a dangerous event. He announced the preparation of a complaint against the Israeli Government at the United Nations through the Lebanese Foreign Ministry.
Al Manar channel reported that an enemy Merkava tank fired at the town of Aita al-Shaab, and Israeli artillery has been intermittently targeting the outskirts of Naqoura, al-Dhayra, and Yaroun towns since early Sunday.
Amid Israel’s ongoing hostility, the fighters of the Lebanese Resistance Movement (Hezbollah) are targeting enemy sites, bases, positions of soldiers, settlements, and military equipment in support of the people of Gaza and in response to Israel’s crimes against civilians in the country’s southern region.
