Speaking at a press conference, Hamdan stated the massacres in the besieged enclave undermine Israeli and U.S. narratives about the existence of safe areas in Gaza.
According to Hamdan, bombing the UNRWA displaced persons center in northwest Rafah was an attempt at revenge by Israeli forces following their inability to confront Palestinian fighters.
At the same time, he stressed that the atrocities committed in the past two days amounted to a declaration of defiance by the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the ICJ decision.
Regarding the Israeli prisoners held by the Resistance, Hamdan reiterated that they will not be released except according to Palestinian conditions and the document presented to mediators.
In this regard, the Hamas leader pointed out that the operations of Al-Qassam, Al-Quds Brigades and the rest of the Palestinian organizations refute the Israeli allegations of attacking or deterring the resistance.
After nearly eight months of non-stop genocide in Gaza, Hamdan called for the international community to translate the resolutions, spearheaded by the Hague Tribunal, into sanctions against Israel.
