This Friday, military institutions reported on their Telegram profile that three US-made Atacms tactical missiles and two unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted in the Crimean airspace.

Meanwhile, three Ukrainian maritime drones were destroyed by Russian naval aviation in the Black Sea as they moved toward the Crimean peninsula.

Two unmanned aerial vehicles launched by the Ukrainian military troops were also shot down in the Belgorod province bordering Ukraine, the Defense Ministry reported.

Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, to protect the population from “Ukrainian authorities’ genocide and counter the national security risks,” according to President Vladimir Putin.

Putin stated in December 2023 that the military operation would continue until the denazification, demilitarization, and neutrality of Ukraine were achieved.
