At Nicaragua´s Foreign Ministry, both sides inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for establishing political consultations on matters of common interest, as well as an agreement on mutual exemption of visa requirements.
During the ceremony, attended by the presidential advisor for investment, trade and international cooperation, Laureano Ortega, the Nicaraguan Foreign Minister praised the momentum that both nations are giving to the strengthening of their ties.
As part of Tuesday’s agenda, Al-Muraikhi paid a visit to the National Assembly (Parliament), where he was received by the president of the Legislative Branch, Gustavo Porras, and held a meeting with deputies. Pll/jha/ybv
