In his message, Rodriguez acknowledged the efforts made by the staff of the Legalization Department of the Minrex, and the coordination with the Ministry of Justice and other entities involved, despite the difficult economic situation the country is going through.

He also affirmed there are currently no accumulated or delayed documents, and assured that these procedures will follow their usual course, although they could face objective situations in some entities involved, due to the current difficult situation.
