In a lecture at the School of International Relations and Public Administration of the National University, the diplomat spoke before 120 students about Washington’s attempts to dominate Cuba, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Ferrer offered a broad overview of Cuba’s relations with its northern neighbors and the background of the ambitions of the United States to control the destinies of Cuba and other countries in the region.
He also explained details of the White House’s interventionist and interfering policies.
The Cuban ambassador talked about the roots and the historical dispute between Cuba and the United States, including the aggressions of the northern country against his country.
Ferrer referred to the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by Washington for more than 60 years on the Cuban people aimed at overthrowing the legitimate revolutionary process of his nation and the extraterritoriality of that genocidal policy, which also affects the citizens and entities of Mongolia.
The Mongolian students were interested in learning about Cuba’s role in the region, the measures to update the Cuban economic model and their results, besides its natural resources and exports.

Embajador en Mongolia diserta sobre relaciones Cuba-EEUU y bloqueo
Ulán Bator, 16 may (Prensa Latina) El embajador Jorge Ferrer disertó sobre las relaciones Cuba-Estados Unidos y las afectaciones del bloqueo al pueblo cubano, así como a ciudadanos y empresas de Mongolia por su extraterritorialidad, informaron hoy fuentes diplomáticas.
En conferencia en la Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales y Administración Pública de la Universidad Nacional, el diplomático habló ante 120 estudiantes sobre los intentos de dominación de Washington sobre la isla y América Latina y el Caribe. Ferrer refirió en amplia panorámica las relaciones de la nación caribeña con sus vecinos del norte, los antecedentes de las ambiciones estadounidenses por controlar los destinos de Cuba y de los demás países de la región.
De igual modo explicó detalles en cuanto a la política injerencista e intervencionista de la Casa Blanca.
El embajador cubano habló sobre las raíces y el diferendo histórico entre Cuba y Estados Unidos, incluidas las agresiones desde al país norteño contra la isla.
Ferrer se refirió al bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero impuesto por Washington desde hace más de 60 años contra el pueblo cubano con el objetivo de derrocar el legítimo proceso revolucionario de la nación caribeña, y la extraterritorialidad de esa política genocida que afecta también a ciudadanos y entidades de Mongolia.
Los estudiantes se interesaron por conocer el papel de Cuba en la región, las medidas de actualización del modelo económico cubano y sus resultados, así como por sus recursos naturales y exportaciones.
