The letter was sent by El Ghazouani’s Minister Advisor Coumba Ba, who, after meeting with the Angolan leader, told the press that the message also addressed aspects related to the strengthening of bilateral relations.

Established in 1964 with the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, CAFRAD has 38 member states, including Angola.
