During the traditional Friday sermon, the Lebanese leader stressed that the Government of the United States remains Israel’s leading partner despite its disagreements with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Damoush pointed out that Washington is not an honest and neutral mediator but it is biased towards Israel and finds it easy to withdraw from its commitments and guarantees.
The deputy chairman of Hezbollah’s Executive Council said that the operation against Rafah, which the United States wants to oppose, is coordinated with Washington to shuffle the cards after Hamas accepted the agreement and to pressure the Palestinian Resistance to give up some of its demands to satisfy the Israeli enemy.
He pointed out that the complicit and normalizing countries must acknowledge Israel’s defeat due to the bravery of the Palestinian people and the Resistance’s capabilities on the battlefield.
He added that despite the suffering, the extent of destruction, and the enormous sacrifices, it was a victory for the Palestinian fighters and the Axis of Resistance in the region, which did not leave Gaza alone and took the initiative since the first days of the war.
Damoush stated that amid its arrogance, the enemy could not hide its failure and defeat or dull the shine of the Resistance’s victories in more than seven months of hostility.
