Kurtulmuş arrived in Cuba on early Wednesday in response to an invitation from his Cuban counterpart.
During his stay in Cuba, the Turkish parliamentary leader will hold talks with authorities and tour places of historic and cultural interest.
The delegation of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye also includes lawmakers Murat Emir, Filiz Kiliç, and Selman Özboyaci, chairman of the Cuba-Türkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group, and Ahmet Gökhan Sariçam, among other directors and officials from the legislative body.
Cuba and Türkiye, which established diplomatic relations on November 25, 1952, are going through a context of strengthening and expanding bilateral ties in all fields.
