After visiting this company in Brazil, the ESM president, Jorge Alvarado, talked over the likelyhood of cooperation that are opening up.

“The most important thing about this visit is the rapprochement with the company Vetorial because we are seeing that in many things we can work together,” Alvarado told the press.

He added that alliances can be achieved, for example, regarding the sale of steel in joint exports.

He commented that during the visit, he held conversations with Vetorial personnel and later visited the facilities of the pig iron and coal production plant, the unloading area of this last mineral, the iron yard, the control room and the power generation plant.

He added that it was the Secretary of Sustainable Development of the Prefecture of Corumbá, Cassio Augusto Da Costa Marques, who promoted the visit in order to carry out this exchange of technology and knowledge.

“Our goal is that the whole region that is producing or undertaking, knows to eventually make agreements or exchanges that benefit both sides. So, we are very pleased with that and we consider that our objective has been achieved for today”, he said.
