In a statement on Monday, the National Defense Ministry pointed out this act “will not tip the balance on the battlefield in favor of Ukraine but will fuel the reckless confrontational hysteria of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s puppet clique.”

Washington confirmed last week that it had sent significant number of Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missiles to Ukraine.

The DPRK branded that decision as a “peace harassment” and said it was a continuation of the despicable policy of supplying Kiev with arms to prolong the war.

“The United States could never defeat the heroic Russian Army and people with the latest weapons or military support,” the statement claimed.

Last week, a senior DPRK official noted that Washington’s increased military and financial aid to Kiev would be a hallucinogen that would only temporarily allay Zelenski’s fears.
