Tiangong is fully equipped with multiple visual perception sensors, a computing power of 550 trillion operations per second, a high-precision inertial measurement unit (IMU) and a 3D vision sensor.
Plus, designers detailed it has a new learning method of humanoid robot motor skills called “state-memory-based predictive reinforcement imitation learning.”
At the press conference, Tiangong proved adaptability to complex environments.
Among other issues, it evidenced that it is faster and anthropomorphic when walking, can smoothly pass through slopes and stairs, and can also achieve agile gait adjustment when stumbling.
