On the occasion of the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace, the organization availed itself of this opportunity to praise the solidarity of the Cuban Revolution.

We recognize tireless work done by Cuba, in accordance with the Proclamation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a Zone of Peace, by maintaining the unconditionality of its internationalist principles.

It was also stressed that Cuba has stood up firm for four decades to contribute to the construction of a stable and lasting peace in Colombia.

“With Cuba as guarantor of the agreements, there are thousands of people in our country who have an option other than war,” the document said.

The statement reaffirmed they will continue supporting Cuba in their demands for the end of the genocidal blockade.
