Gil stressed that the U.S. State Department “reveals its cynicism once again”, preparing a report on Human Rights (HR) that it insists on filling with lies and falsehoods against Venezuela, with the sole purpose of becoming a ridiculous pamphlet, he added.

He remarked that it is part of Washington’s “toxic obsession” against our country.

The Venezuelan Foreign Minister emphasized that the United States designed the “most vile plan of aggression against Venezuelans” which, supported by its national lackeys, attempt against all fundamental rights.
