Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Russian businessmen analyzed various aspects of relations between the two countries and the investment of the Russian Federation in Nepal, according to a publication of the Office of the head of the Nepalese government.

The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of both nations established joint cooperation in 2011 for the creation of industrial companies that enable mainly the use of Russian technology in hydroelectric plants, construction materials and energy.

Nepal’s exports to Russia consist of items such as tea, incense, raw hides and skins, carpets, cotton dresses, musical instruments and works of art.

Based on the source information, Kathmandu also imports food, mineral oils and lubricating oils, medicines, diagnostic equipment, chemicals, industrial raw materials, and airplanes, among other issues.
