Kolokoltsev pointed out that Cuba remains a reliable partner of Russia and cooperation has already yielded great results.
Álvarez, in turn, also met in Moscow with Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, with whom he discussed issues of the Russian-Cuban cooperation in security forces and judicial bodies.
